Terms of Service

Using the archive

The service documents live music history and, where available, upcoming events. Historical records, dates, lineups and media matches may be incomplete or contain errors. Verify current event details with the artist, venue or promoter before making plans or purchasing tickets. You may report corrections through the site or contact the team.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Do not impersonate others, submit unlawful or deliberately misleading material, harass people, infringe others' rights, bypass access controls or interfere with the service. We may moderate content or restrict access to address misuse or protect the archive.

Contributions and ownership

Submit only material you have the right to share. You retain any rights you hold in your contributions. By submitting material, you give the service permission to store, reproduce, display, format and distribute it as needed to operate and present the archive, with attribution where available. Submitted material may be reviewed, corrected, linked to records or removed. Do not submit sensitive personal information.

Flyers, photos, recordings and other third-party works remain the property of their respective rights holders. Availability in the archive does not grant permission for unrelated reuse. Contact us with the relevant URLs and supporting details about ownership, attribution, privacy or removal concerns.

YouTube and other external services

This service uses YouTube API Services and embeds YouTube video players. By using this service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains the YouTube data we use and how to request review or deletion.

External videos play through their providers and remain subject to their availability and restrictions. We do not control external websites, advertisements or content. Links and embeds do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by YouTube, Google, artists, venues or other rights holders.

Availability and changes

The archive is provided as available, without a guarantee that every record is accurate or that access will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties and we are not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on archive information or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Features and these terms may change. Updated terms will appear on this page with a revised date. Please review them when deciding whether to continue using the service.
