Legends say (we’re making it up rn) that bird-day is similar to birthdays in that they celebrate an anniversary of sorts. It’s a cause for celebration, gathering with community members to meet new people or just be with your bestie somewhere cute. Or maybe you’ll see people you KINDA know, and you think they’re cool. Maybe you’ll realize that like, they think you’re cool too 😉
Anyway, a bird-day signifies the day of the bird. What bird? It doesn’t matter! But in our case it’s the nightjar. I mean look at that baby ^ thank you Tristan for the image.
