Marguerite Sissie at Apartment Music 49

Marguerite Sissie performing at Apartment Music 49, Sunday, January 21, 2024, presented in 4K for optimum sound and picture quality. Please note that this is not Marguerite Sissie's complete performance. About four minutes into her set my iPhone's storage filled up! Yikes! I did my best to recover by quickly trying to delete files to make room for more video recordings. What you will see here are four fragments pasted together totaling six minutes. In spite of the difficulties I think that this video will give you an excellent look and listen at the special power and beauty of her performance at AM49. Apartment Music is a long-running series (since July 2008) of concerts and sessions of sound art, experimental and electronic music, improvisation, noise, and intermedia in Hal McGee's apartment in Gainesville, Florida. Recorded by Hal McGee in 4K at 60 fps with iPhone 12 Pro Max.
