On January 8, 2019 people across the state will join in protest of FDOC's inhumane practice of denying people access to their incarcerated loved ones. The FDOC has a policy in place which bars prisoners from being enslaved within 125 miles of their home and have also been routinely stopping family members in the parking lots of their visitation parks, demanding to search cars for no reason, and then revoking people's visitation rights without any evidence, saying they found trace amounts of various substances.
