On Sunday, May 1st, the Alachua County Labor Coalition and the Gainesville Area General Membership Branch of the Industrial Workers of the World (IWW) will host a potluck dinner and musical celebration at the Civic Media Center (CMC) in downtown Gainesville in honor of the labor history of May Day. The event will take place at the CMC, 433 S. Main St., from 2-6pm.
