The free concert on Thursday, Feb.25, is part of Frank 2016, the annual gathering for public interest communicators. The event is open to the public from 5pm-10pm., and will also feature local acts Little Jake & the Soul Searchers and The Savants of Soul. The event will also include food trucks and local breweries.
