Hal McGee at Microshow I on September 30, 2007 at The Photobooth, Gainesville, FL

Hal McGee on Sunday, September 30, 2007 at Microshow I at The Photobooth, Gainesville, FL. This show was the first in a series of shows we called Microshows that featured five minute sets. This first show also featured microcassette themed performances, which prompted the name. Admission was a nickel. http://haltapes.com/ -- http://halmcgee.bandcamp.com/ -- http://www.youtube.com/user/halmcgeevideo For the second microshow, microcassettes were optional. For videos of the second Microshow see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T6Jnlvs_wyI&list=PL6SlvIP3o6sBu0QJgN1B3qn-PajHsElur We were unaware of Sam McPheeters' Micro-Show idea from 1995 at the time (where the entire show lasts five minutes). Sam's idea has also been implemented as a series of shows by Breathmint starting in 2009: For more information see http://breathmint.net/archives/2200.
